Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
