Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers synthesifying complex data into actionable insights
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into client innovation processes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise product development teams on emerging technologies and market evolution patterns
- Represent the firm at global conferences and publish thought leadership in industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic recommendations
- Experience advising on AI, biotech, or climate change adaptation strategies
