As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify emerging paradigms, anticipate market shifts, and develop actionable frameworks that leverage quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation trends. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that bridge the gap between present capabilities and future possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce visionary whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences and publications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications or journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists preferred)
