Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology forecasting or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum algorithm design
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
