Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision frameworks using foresight methodologies
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Establish innovation governance protocols for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
