Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Author quarterly futurist reports with actionable insights for 15+ Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 3-year ROI projections
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using design thinking methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurism with C-suite exposure
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $50M+ revenue impact
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic)
