Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)

- Published research on quantum computing or neurotech applications
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (2020-2025)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
