Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including generative AI, neurotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global tech policy and regulatory shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Strong network with academic and industry futurist communities
