Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives, identifying disruptive trends across tech, sustainability, and social dynamics
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive strategies for future uncertainties
- Establish innovation ecosystems through partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate future intelligence into actionable roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders, investors, and the public through keynotes and white papers
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives in technology or sustainability
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
