Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives targeting 2026 market shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socioeconomic domains
- Design and maintain quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership reports and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build external networks with academic and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented accuracy
