- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-state blueprints
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Build and manage a network of domain experts across academia, startups, and policy institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using immersive storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks adopted by major organizations
- Expertise in trend synthesis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Signal Detection)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and speculative design methodologies
