Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technologies to identify 2026 market inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations on future-of-work transformations
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in all strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business foresight (Forbes, HBR, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2025+ strategic implementations
