- Establish KPIs to track emerging indicators and validate strategic assumptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 level
