Responsibilities

- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry impact reports
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks and academic partnerships
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
