Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product/service innovations
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging opportunities and risks
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy with future insights
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
