Role Overview
As the Senior Future Tech Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating disruptive technologies that will drive our growth in the 2026 timeframe. You will work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and R&D departments to turn high-level concepts into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 milestones and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Web3 protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose high-impact technological solutions.
- Lead 'Future Labs' initiatives, experimenting with proof-of-concepts to validate new market opportunities.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risk and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and data scientists focused on predictive modeling.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML trends, Blockchain, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic directives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
