Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and technology trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine viability for integration.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the technology division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Proven experience leading the creation of multi-year technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
