Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving key milestones for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AGI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) relevant to our 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with C-Suite executives and product teams to align technical strategy with business growth targets.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate feasibility and ROI before full-scale deployment.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and strategists to prepare for the talent demands of 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI trends, cloud architecture, and future tech forecasting.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
