Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging tech trends (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI, Decentralized Identity) and integrating them into our product roadmap.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures capable of handling exabytes of data and complex real-time AI computations.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-generation features, validating new technologies through rapid prototyping and rigorous testing.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system latency and computational efficiency to support high-frequency trading and real-time AI processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics frameworks.
- Programming: Mastery of Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Proven track record of researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
