Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance AI infrastructure systems for the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-gen neural networks and machine learning models.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) for future implementation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global standards.
- Define best practices for code quality and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
