Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex technical architectures for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Future Tech Integration: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced Predictive AI) into existing product ecosystems.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, breaking down long-term futuristic goals into achievable sprints and milestones.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams to align on project vision.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud Architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
