Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures for the '2026 Vision' project.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of emerging quantum computing protocols into current cloud infrastructures.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Synthetic Data) to drive product innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives for the future of work.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and high-performance engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
