Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Architect high-performance distributed systems capable of handling real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and UX designers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the future tech division.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and integrate them into the core stack.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
