Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the development of core AI systems scheduled for deployment by 2026.
- Quantum Integration: Design hybrid architectures that seamlessly integrate classical cloud computing with emerging quantum algorithms.
- System Optimization: Ensure high-performance scalability and low-latency processing for our global network infrastructure.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning methodologies.
- Protocol Definition: Establish security and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional engineering problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences.
