Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the company's long-term technological vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks for complex software systems, focusing on AI integration and cloud infrastructure.
- Emerging Technology Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, advanced AI, Blockchain) to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of system design patterns, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current constraints and conceptualize solutions for futuristic scenarios (2026+).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical innovation in a fast-paced environment.
