Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices, guiding the engineering team toward innovative solutions for complex problems.
- Cloud Infrastructure Mastery: Oversee the deployment and management of cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data scientists to embed AI models into core systems, ensuring real-time processing and decision-making capabilities.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning to ensure 99.99% uptime and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong certification (AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Professional) and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
