The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at 2026, you will own key components of our product roadmap. You will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences, ensuring our platform remains fast, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems using modern web technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, TypeScript, and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers through code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance, optimize database queries, and reduce latency to ensure a seamless user experience.
- DevOps: Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js with strong understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java) and RESTful API design.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
