Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and serverless architectures capable of handling the demands of the 2026 web ecosystem.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into our core products to enhance user experience and automation.
- Performance Optimization: Drive technical excellence by optimizing application performance, reducing latency, and ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging technologies and prototyping innovative features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on modern frameworks.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI APIs, vector databases, and the basics of machine learning model integration.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design, and API architecture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
