Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve load times and user experience.
- Testing: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
