Role Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can bridge the gap between technical data analysis and high-level business strategy. You will own key data initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure our data infrastructure scales with our growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and leadership) to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance and scalability.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
