Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, implementing novel architectures and techniques to improve system performance.
- Deployment: Migrate models from research prototypes to scalable, real-time inference pipelines using cloud-native tools.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and profiling to ensure low latency and high throughput in AI services.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Mathematics: Solid grasp of linear algebra, calculus, and probability statistics.
