Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, making critical decisions on technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and architectural patterns.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security protocols across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and architects, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong proficiency in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
