The Role:

Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern, high-performance architectures using containerization and serverless technologies.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure, ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy data processing.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive data in a decentralized cloud environment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship and architectural integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture and migration strategies.
- Futurism: Strong understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, including edge computing, blockchain integration, or advanced predictive analytics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive technical vision from concept to deployment.
