Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of distributed systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI workloads.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning pipelines into core infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, ensuring 100% compliance with emerging global standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development tasks.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and data governance.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
