- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and sustainability in tech development.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
