Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for our flagship AI-driven platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- System Design & Innovation: Design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures that power our spatial computing solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of 15+ senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure robustness.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our core stack to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead Architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; extensive experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make high-stakes technical decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
