Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to inform system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability across all deployed environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
