Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems towards future-proof, microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability metrics into core engineering practices.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to identify risks and opportunities in emerging tech stacks.
- Drive the adoption of 6G-ready protocols and quantum-resistant encryption standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Big Data processing.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on strategic storytelling and technical mentorship.
