Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance backend architectures capable of handling millions of transactions and AI inference requests.
- AI Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into decentralized applications to enhance user automation and decision-making processes.
- Smart Contract Development: Write secure, audited smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions, focusing on gas optimization and security best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends to ensure our platform remains relevant and innovative leading up to and through 2026.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and refactor code to improve latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Blockchain development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch; and deep knowledge of Solidity or Rust for Web3.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience deploying applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
