Responsibilities

- Lead the migration to next-gen AI frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing legacy systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical roadmaps for AI product evolution.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing within the AI lifecycle.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems at scale (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases, LLMs, and RAG architectures is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation.
