Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models specifically designed for the Project 2026 infrastructure.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities into production environments.
- Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready product features.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time data processing and low-latency inference.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI outputs against established human standards and safety measures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes, innovative environments.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed computing, and data pipeline optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
