Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures for autonomous decision-making processes.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time inference and complex reasoning tasks.
- Develop and fine-tune Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise-level applications.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with LLMs and Transformers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems programming.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration tools.
