- Oversee the integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies for all AI deployments.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify emerging AI trends and competitive advantages.
- Optimize model inference, latency, and cost-effectiveness at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture with a focus on scalability.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
