- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to architect a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with our long-term vision.
- Pilot Next-Gen Technologies: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI agentic workflows and quantum-safe encryption.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering Teams: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust, scalable systems that can handle billions of transactions while maintaining zero downtime.
- Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the roadmap.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager in high-scale software environments.
- AI & ML Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on serverless and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
