Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI development roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures that can handle the demands of future data volumes and complexity.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and oversee frameworks for AI ethics, ensuring our systems are transparent, fair, and accountable.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders, investors, and non-technical partners.
- Research & Development: Partner with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve on breakthroughs in Neural Networks and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Large Language Models (LLMs), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive product roadmaps from conception to launch.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
