Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture design for large-scale machine learning systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to integrate into the 2026 product portfolio.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and risk assessments for all major AI deployments.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy from concept to production deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in the Fintech or Healthcare sectors is a plus.
