Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our AI infrastructure roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging AI trends, quantum computing advancements, and generative model capabilities to keep Aether Dynamics ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully executing them.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
