Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and architectural roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing product ecosystems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies to ensure our stack remains competitive by 2026.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipeline management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
