Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of AI systems targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Develop and oversee scalable machine learning pipelines and data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Ensure compliance with global AI ethics and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct technical mentorship and performance reviews for the AI engineering squad.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
