Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key trends and technologies that will dominate the market by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale machine learning models that power our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- R&D Management: Guide a team of data scientists and AI researchers in exploring novel architectures and algorithms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in all model deployments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technologies and emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching AI products and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and emerging technologies.
